Clear help when a purchase goes wrong.

Personalized cards are created from choices approved before payment, so completed card orders are generally not refundable for a change of mind. If a card is damaged, printed incorrectly, or has a fulfillment defect, our first remedy is normally a free reprint and remailing under the Returns and Reprints Policy.

If a reprint is not reasonable, is unavailable, or does not resolve the issue, P.S. may approve a full or partial refund based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel and refund the order. Once production or fulfillment begins, cancellation and a refund are not guaranteed.

If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for an order that did not complete, email ian@ps.app with the order email and any payment reference shown. Do not send a full payment card number or account password.

Canceling a membership stops future renewals and does not automatically reverse a charge that has already completed. You can cancel through Profile, then Manage Membership, in the P.S. app, or by emailing ian@ps.app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Requests involving completed membership, card credit, or renewal charges are reviewed based on the purchase details, use of benefits, and applicable law.

Event tickets, promotions, and other special purchases may include separate cancellation or refund terms shown on the event page or at checkout. When those terms differ from this policy, the terms disclosed for that purchase control.

When a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method when possible. The bank or payment provider controls how long it takes for the credit to appear. We will let you know when P.S. has submitted the refund.
