Your agreement with P.S.
These terms apply when you access ps.app, use the P.S. mobile apps, create or send a card, open an account, purchase card credits or a membership, attend a P.S. event, or otherwise use a P.S. service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use P.S. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use P.S. only with permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you. If you use P.S. for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
The P.S. service
P.S. lets you browse or create personalized card artwork, write and preview card content, purchase printed cards, and have cards mailed to an address you choose. Features may differ between the website and mobile apps. We may add, remove, or update features as the service evolves.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you already hold in photos, writing, and other content you submit. You give P.S. and the providers supporting the service permission to host, copy, process, transform, print, mail, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit, including photos of other people, names, addresses, and written material. Custom outputs may not be exclusive, and we do not promise that any output is eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protection.
Acceptable use
You may not use P.S. to create, upload, send, or promote content that:
- Violates law or another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or exploitative.
- Sexualizes or exploits a child, or depicts intimate content without consent.
- Contains malware, attempts to bypass security, or interferes with the service.
- Uses automated access or excessive requests without our written permission.
We may reject content, pause fulfillment, restrict an account, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect people, P.S., or the service.
Orders, payment, and previews
The price, taxes, shipping options, delivery estimate, and any discount shown at checkout apply to that order. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you select. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and P.S. accepts it for fulfillment.
Please review the front, inside, recipient address, quantity, and delivery selection before paying. Personalized cards may enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is submitted.
Printing and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Timing can be affected by production volume, address quality, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and events outside our control. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable address.
If a card is printed incorrectly, damaged, or otherwise arrives with a production issue, our Returns and Reprints Policy explains how we can help.
Memberships and card credits
A membership renews at the interval and price shown before purchase until you cancel it. You can cancel through Profile, then Manage Membership, in the P.S. app, or by emailing ian@ps.app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Card credits are used according to the plan or purchase terms shown when you receive them. Any stated expiration, card allowance, eligibility rule, or promotional restriction shown at purchase is part of these terms. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not erase completed orders. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policyand applicable law.
P.S. content and intellectual property
The service, P.S. branding, software, layouts, illustrations, card catalog, and other content supplied by P.S. or its licensors are protected by applicable law. Except for normal personal use of the service, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or distribute them without permission.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect image or text results, or a particular response from a card recipient. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, P.S. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow a limitation.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms will appear here with a new update date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
Questions about these terms can be sent to ian@ps.app.
